Η Hanergy και η Survey Digital υπογράφουν σύμβαση διάρκειας 5 ετών για διορθωτική και προληπτική συντήρηση των κεντρικών μετατροπέων του ελληνικού χαρτοφυλακίου Φ/Β συστημάτων. Η συνεργασία αφορά πέντε επιμέρους φωτοβολταϊκές εγκαταστάσεις συνολικής ισχύος 5,5MW, 2MW στη Βοιωτία με Power-One Ultra 1040, 2MWs στην Ημαθία με Power-One Ultra 1040, 2 × 500 kW στην Καρδίτσα με Fronius Agilo 100 και 500kW στην Τρίκαλα με το Fronius Agilo 100.

Survey Digital entered the market of advanced power electronics in early 2009, acting as Satcon’s authorized distributor for Greece, Bulgaria and Cyprus. The company originally was re-selling photovoltaic inverters but was evolved later as a photovoltaic developer and named SDL Solar LLC, focusing in the markets of Greece, Bulgaria, Italy and the USA. Through the development of a project and its sale to an investor with financing, SDL Solar was securing the sale of the inverter system as well. But in order to convince a customer to accept the purchase of an inverter system, a local after sales support mechanism had to be in place. So back then, Survey Digital financed and instituted a technical team to commission and technically support the inverters sold to the investors/owners of the photovoltaic projects. These service engineers received training on central inverter troubleshooting in 2009 and begun commissioning central inverters in early 2010 and until the end of 2012. With the commissioning of dozens of MWs of systems, the team gained extreme experience and knowledge on advanced power electronics troubleshooting. In simple words, while others were “installing” systems, our engineers were providing “troubleshooting” on those systems. SDL Solar ceased business as a distributor of inverters and photovoltaic developer in October 2012, as the EPC market was coming to an end. At that time, one of the SDL partners Dr. Kostas Daniilidis believed that next professional success will come from exploiting and transforming the experienced inverter service team from a “tool for sales” as the new “core business”. So in November 2012 he personally founded and financed Survey Digital SP.LLC (M.EPE).

The company has two business units: • Preventive & Corrective Maintenance of central & string inverters in the EMEA region • Operation & Maintenance of utility scale photovoltaic installations in Greece Survey Digital’s personnel has 5 years of experience in advanced power electronics in the PV industry and is comprised of highly qualified and experienced engineers. Our engineers operate under a quality management system by ISO 9001:2008 and are all certified from inverter manufacturers and by EN 50110-1 (European Norm for Operation of Electrical Installations) . Survey Digital acts since December 2014 as an ABB Gr Authorized Service Partner for Greece, Romania and United Kingdom. Survey Digital acts since September 2014 as the exclusive Satcon spare parts provider and as non-exclusive Authorized Service Partner for Europe. Survey Digital acts as Sungrow Authorized Service Partner for Greece, since January 2013. Survey Digital acts as Power One Authorized Service Partner for Greece, since November 2013. Survey Digital is certified by Santerno Elettronica to provide maintenance services on Santerno photovoltaic inverters. Survey Digital acts as Fronius Authorized Service Partner for Greece, since February 2015. The company is housed in a modern and spacious office space in Chalandri (Athens suburb), within a 20 min drive from the Athens airport. The company operates and manages a spare parts warehouse in the same building, which houses a repair center for string inverters. The company operates a fleet of 3 service vehicles and one 5.5 ton truck.
