We operate in Development Construction Maintenance of photovoltaics
Survey Digital Photovoltaics, a company owned 100% by Dr. Kostis Daniilidis, deals exclusively with photovoltaic parks under the logic of “one stop shop”. The company internally provides all the services required for the implementation of utility-scale photovoltaic parks, accounting support services, real estate, licensing, bank financing, design, supply, construction, commissioning, operation, maintenance, as well as cumulative representation on the Stock Exchange Energy.
In the field of project development, the company is developing a project portfolio of approximately 600MW, most of which have received environmental requirements. The company has issued letters of guarantee in favor of RAE/ADMIE from Alpha Bank and Optima Bank, totaling €24.6 million.
In the field of project construction, the company closed 2022 with completed 30 projects with a total capacity of 14.5MW, but also with newly signed engineering, procurement and construction contracts for 76 projects with a total capacity of 62MW for 2023 (with outstanding €42m. euro). It is noted that complete EPC contracts were signed for all 84 projects, i.e. contracts that include the entire supply of equipment for the projects. The construction of all new projects will be completed within the first 6 months of 2023.
In the operation & maintenance sector, the company signed new contracts for 68 PV plants with a total capacity of 84.28 MW within 2022, rising the company’s total operation and maintenance portfolio to 140 MW.
In the field of Cumulative Representation, the company has received a 500MW FOSE license and started trading on the Energy Exchange in October 2022, currently having in its portfolio as a FOSE 16 projects with a total capacity of 8MW, as well as signed contracts for 230MW in the future.
The company’s scaling is achieved by making the most of a highly reliable and tested quality management system (according to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018), on the basis of which new staff is trained and take up their duties in minimum time, ensuring that the company’s service quality indicators remain at their maximum. Therefore, the company by the end of 2022 has a permanent staff of 50+ people and also a very strong network of subcontractors nationwide of 100+ people.
Finally, Survey Digital Photovoltaics has been certified as a Great Place to Work company, as well as a company compatible with Action 7 (cheap and clean energy) of the SDGs by the United Nations, while it received the Bravo Award 2022 for the action of “Providing very cheap and clean energy to Greek heavy industry”. The company has already started its certification for ESGs, which it is expected to receive within 2023.

Kostis Daniilidis Ph.D
Managing Partner
Kostis is the President of the BoD and CEO of Survey Digital Photovoltaics, an entrepreneur who has been active in the field of photovoltaics since 2006. He has vast experience in the field of renewable energy, having in his CV successful collaborations with very large groups and investors from all over the world. It participates as a major shareholder in 6 special purpose vehicle companies (Survey Energy # 1, Survey Energy # 2, Survey Belsolar 21, Survey Algodonera Gamma, Survey Kilkis Solar, Survey Bel Gama Helios & Survey Bel Gamma Eco), companies that develop a 458MW portfolio in Greece. Kostis is a Ph.D. Engineer and a graduate of the National Technical University of Athens.
Evelyn Zanni M.Sc
Financial Director
Evelyn is the Financial Director of Survey Digital since 2014. She has worked for many years in responsible positions for the companies ΙΒΜ Hellas, Sarantis Grour of companies and the Auxiliary Fund Insurance of Liability Arising out of Motor Accident. She holds a BA in Economics and Masters in Economic Analysis for Business Executives from the University of Piraeus.
Lefteris Souleles M.Sc
EPC Director
Lefteris is the EPC Director of Survey Digital. His is a senior field service engineer, with mass experience on advanced inverter troubleshooting and telecommunications systems. Lefteris holds a degree in Electronic Engineering from the Technological Educational Institute of Athens, a Bachelor Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from Loughborough University (UK) and an MSc in Communication Systems & Signal Processing from Bristol University (UK).
John Panterlis M.Sc
Commercial Director
John is currently the Commercial Director of Survey Digital Photovoltaics. He is responsible for all the commercial issues, sales, procurement, marketing as well as business development. Having trained and certified by various inverters’, SCADA and single axis structure manufacturers like: Huawei, Sungrow, AlsoEnergy- Skytron, Arcelor Mittal, Nclave has acquired massive experience and skills on Photovoltaic Installations. John holds a degree in Electronic Engineering from the University West Attica of Athens and an MSc in Energy Systems from Heriot Watt University (Edinburgh).
Anastasis Papargyris
Development Director
Anastasis is the Development Director of Survey Digital Photovoltaics. He is leading the business and project development services of PV projects, managing a portfolio of approx. 600MWp under development in terms of greenfield PV projects, providing technical and financial analysis of the investment up to RtB, while he is participating in the purchase of SPVs of mature PV projects. In parallel, Anastasis is leading the Green Aggregator unit of the company by representing RES producers to the Spot Market. Anastasis holds a degree in Electronics Engineering and an M.Sc in Advanced Electronic Systems by the University of West Attica.
Nikos Velios
O&M Director
Nikos is the Operations & Maintenance Director of Survey Digital. He is an expert field service engineer and in charge for the proper operation of the whole PV portfolio of Survey Digital contracts. He holds a BEng degree in Electrical Engineering from the Technological Educational Institute of Athens, as well as an educational license. Nikos has 6 years of professional experience in design, installation & commissioning, operation & mainetnance of PV systems. He has received training in Greece and Austria for providing services in Satcon, Sungrow, AlsoEnergy, Fronius, Bonfiglioli, SMA, Power-One and ABB PVS800 systems.
John Zakynthinos
Accounting
John is a graduate of Deere College in finance and in charge of the accounting in Survey Digital. On top of Survey Digital, John is managing a significant volume of special purpose vehicle (SPV) companies of photovoltaic projects and he is in charge of budgeting and reporting.
Erasmia Tzora
Accounting
Erasmia is a graduate of the University of Piraeus with a degree in Business Organization and Management. She is an accounting officer at Survey Digital and she is responsible for recording the company’s financial data as well as supporting financial analysis.
Dionysia Pantazopoulos

Dionysia is a graduate of University of Piraeus, with a Bachelor Degree in Banking and Financial Management. She is an experienced accounting and Logistics officer with a demonstrated history of working in the Pharmaceuticals Industry.

George is a senior field service engineer with 20 years of experience in electro-mechanics and constructions and 10 years of experience in solar PV. George holds a B.A. degree in Electrical engineering from the Technological Educational Institute of Piraeus and is a Satcon, Sungrow, Power One, Santerno, AlsoEnergy and ABB certified technician, having attended advanced level inverter training programs in Canada, China, Italy, Greece and Finland.

John is a Field Service Engineer. He holds a BSc degree in Energy Technology Engineer from Technical Institute of Athens and a MSc degree in Energy Systems from the University of West Attica in cooperation with Heriot Watt University. He, has worked as an electrician on construction and maintenance of electrical installations. His main responsibilities are the maintenance and troubleshooting of photovoltaics systems.

Samah is an Electrical and Computer Engineer from the National Technical University of Athens, with a significant experience in the studies of electrical power systems and many years of experience as a field engineer in various domains (medium and low voltage – extinguishing systems – detection systems and fire extinguishing systems). Samah is also engaged in the maintenance department as field technician.

Alexandros Kalantzis

Alexandros Kalantzis has graduated from the Technological Educational Institute of Piraeus, with long experience as a field technician, in MV and LV installations. Lately, he is active in the Solar Energy field, with main objective the supervision of new projects and the on-site support of technicians and field engineers.
Anastasios Papaloukas
Project Engineer
Anastasios has graduated of the Department of Electrical Engineering of the University of Sofia (Bulgaria), member of the Technical Chamber of Greece, with more than three years of experience in renewable energy projects in the pre-study and design stage of PV Net-Metering projects. He works at Survey Digital and is employed in the construction sector, with main objective the supervision of new projects and the on-site support of technicians and field engineers.
Tasos Skandalakis
EPC Engineer
Tasos is a licensed Electrical and Computer Engineer from University of Brighton and Sussex, registered member of the Technical Chamber of Greece, with 10 years of experience in renewable energy projects. He is responsible for the design stage of the PV projects, for the itemization of equipment needed for the construction of solar parks based on the necessary specifications and standards as well as for the modeling and simulation of the plants.
Leonidas Kontos
EPC Engineer
Leonidas is an Electrical and Computer Engineer from National Technical University of Athens. He holds a Master of Science in Energy Technology from Heriot-Watt University of Edinburgh and a Master of Science in Automation Systems from NTUA. He is responsible for the preliminary design stage of the PV projects as well as for the itemization of equipment needed for the construction of solar parks based on the necessary specifications and standards.
George Plakas

George is an Electrical and Computer Engineer from University of Patras. His diploma thesis was about the Modeling & Control of Hybrid AC/DC Microgrids. He works at Survey Digital as a junior engineer at the EPC Department.
Christos Kosmas

Christos Kosmas holds a Bachelor (BEng) from the University of Brighton and an MSc from the University of Loughborough, in renewable energy sources, systems and technologies (MSc Renewable Energy Systems & Technology). He has experience in the design of photovoltaic parks as well as their maintenance . He now works at Survey Digital and is employed in the field of construction, with the object of design – study, but also the supervision of the construction of new projects.

Nikos is a Mechanical Engineer graduate of the University of West Attica with a focus on energy. It constitutes the commercial management of the Company, supplying the necessary materials for the operation of the photovoltaic stations and the sending of offers to the potential customers. His responsibilities are also to carry out studies for the construction of photovoltaic parks and to support the project engineers in field and office conditions. He also comes in contact with the commercial management of the Company for the equipping of materials suitable for the construction of the project.

Ilias is a graduate of the University of Western Macedonia, in Mechanical Engineering, with a Master’s on Sustainable Energy Technology from Delft University of Technology, in the Netherlands. He has worked as an intern in ARVIS Environmental Enterprises of Greece S.A., as well as in Zero Emission Fuels B.V. in the Netherlands. He is appointed in the Commercial Department of Survey Digital Photovoltaics and deals with the sales and procurement domain.

John has a degree of Electrical & Computer Science Engineer from the National Technical University of Athens, following the direction of Energy. His areas of expertise are electricity generation, transmission & distribution, electrical machines, high voltage generation and renewable energy sources. He works in the commercial department of the company and he is responsible for the sales section, the procurement of equipment and the support of project engineers.
Dora Petropoulou
Developement Engineer
Dora is a Development Engineer of Survey Digital, holds a degree in Agronomy & Surveying Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens. It is responsible for the licensing of the entire portfolio of development of photovoltaic parks of Survey Digital, having undertaken the preparation, compilation and submission of files and applications in the context of the licensing process of projects as well as communication with the relevant departments. It also deals with the technical evaluation of the new plots of land and supports the technical studies for the design of the initial phase of the projects while at the same time collaborating with the local external partners.

Panagiota is a Mechanical Engineer graduate of the International University of Greece, supports the licensing and development department of photovoltaics at Survey Digital, participates in the preparation and submission of files and applications in accordance with the RES legal framework as well as the preliminary land assessment for suitable works.
Gerasimos Delakas
Development Engineer
Gerasimos is an Environmental Engineer, graduated from the Department of Environmental Engineering of University of Patras, supports the licensing and the development department of PV progects at Survey Digital. He is involved in Environmental studies and the preparation of their files, as long as he participates in the research of potential new places for PV projects.
Ariadni Economou
Administration Secretariat
Ariadni is the Executive Secretary of Survey Digital. It is responsible for acting as an intermediary between in-house executives and external clients, to organize and monitor the general corporate operation, correspondence, documents and participation in exhibitions. He holds a degree in Surveying Engineering from the TEI of Athens. She is fluent in English, with basic knowledge of German and Italian.

Eftychia has graduated Panteion University , social and politics studies , as social worker and she will be part of Survey Digital as assistant to the Managing Partner and Quality assurance control – Manager. She has worked in food supply companies , as Sales Representative and lately as Sales Area Manager in Pharmaceutical Company.

Energy Aggregation Specialist
John is a Automation Engineer, graduated from the TEI of Stereas Elladas and his previous experience includes working as a computer engineer and IT support. He is responsible for the development of the Green aggregator unit of the company and the representation of the RES producers to the Spot Markets.
George Lostarakos
Development of Biogas – Biomethane Units
George holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Piraeus and is a certified trader at the Hellenic Energy Exchange (HENEX Trader). George has worked in the Survey Digital Photovoltaics licensing and development department for 2.5 years, as well as managing the negotiations with landowners, having acquired over 7,000 acres nationwide. He has also undertaken the Project Manager position in the EPC department for one year, as a coordinator & supervisor of photovoltaic projects and the onsite support of contractors. Today he is responsible for the licensing and development of biogas-biomethane units in the Greek region.

Manos has many years of experience as a warehouse manager, while he is a professional driver and takes over the management of the vehicle fleet. He is also responsible for the maintenance of the company’s building infrastructure.
